Safer gambling at Gamble Zen Casino

Gambling as entertainment

Gambling at Gamblezen should be entertainment, never a way to earn money or escape problems. Only people aged 19 and over may play.

When to be careful

Chasing losses, borrowing to play or hiding gambling from others are warning signs. So is feeling anxious when you are not playing.

Limits you can set

Deposit caps, loss caps and time reminders are available in your profile. Support can apply any of them for you on request.

Keeping children safe

Age checks are part of our verification process. Keep your login details away from children.

Where to get help

Independent services offer free advice: ConnexOntario on 1-866-531-2600, the Responsible Gambling Council or Gambling Therapy. You do not need to be a customer to call them.

Stepping away

Ask support for a time-out or self-exclusion and we apply it the same day. During exclusion you receive no promotions.
